honestly it looks to pretty to eat. I was trying to attract EbonyRose, we all know how she is a sucker to chocolate and mint together. Sister Harb we may have to pull out the mint recipes on her and cuff the chocolate detective in his place

Hi sister

Lets us all celebrate Chocolate day!!

Today
is a verryyyyy good day to make friends! any day is a good
day to make friends but, "There's nothing better than a good friend,
except a good friend with CHOCOLATE" and today is Chocolate day!! So, just send them chocolates.... even virtual one's will do.

Chocolates come in many forms, and we love them in each and every form! What about friends? "In the cookies of life, friends are the chocolate chips" Yummmmm!! What if one day our friends really turned into chocolates?!?!?! Hmm, actually that doesn't sound like a bad idea...lets turn them into chocolates today.

So, if today all your friends were turned into chocolates, Tell us which chocalate or chocolate ingredient your friend represents and why...

Hmm, are they so nutty to be a nut? or are they as sweet as caramel? or are they minty fresh? or are they fruity? or do they represent some chocolate itself?

"Life is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get." Lets see what your box is made up of!

Have a Choco-ful day!

Lots of love,

Chocolate eggless Cake

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water (or ice coffee)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp vinegar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
Use a small brownie-size pan (no greasing required).

Add the vinegar quickly and stir in - immediately put the pan in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 min. Cool thoroughly.
Optional: after you add the vinegar, you can put some frozen cherries, raspberries or cranberries on top of the batter
(or you can mix them in beforehand)
